Known gaps
Per-node ASPs and utilization are derived estimates, not disclosures: each row is computed from IR filings (revenue share by node × wafer shipments) with the method version and derivation recorded on the row. TSMC accounts for 65 of 83 published rows because it is the only foundry that discloses node-level revenue splits; Samsung Foundry and Intel Foundry publish no node-level revenue, so the same derivation cannot exist for them — we state that rather than substituting third-party guesses. UMC and GlobalFoundries appear where their disclosures allow. SMIC is covered at foundry level only (13 rows, 2023FY–2026Q2: blended ASP plus SMIC’s stated utilization, method rev-blend-v1): its HK-listed filings discontinued node-level revenue splits after 2021 — current quarterly results break wafer revenue out by wafer size (8"/12"), not node — so no per-node SMIC row is derivable from filings, and SMIC’s 8-inch-equivalent shipment disclosures are normalized at the 2.25 conversion SMIC itself states, with the basis recorded in each row’s derivation. Aggregate-band quotes are deliberately excluded from node-level consensus.
